TFAP2A-AS1 suppresses GC cell proliferation and migration. A The expression of TFAP2A-AS1 in GES-1, AGS, NUGC4 and MKN74 cells was detected by qPCR. C–F CCK-8, EdU, wound healing and transwell assays were used to evaluate the proliferation and migration of AGS and NUGC4 cells after the overexpression of TFAP2A-AS1.
