Columns labeled “Prob.”, “SE”, and “N” correspond to the estimated probability of 2-year survival, the standard error of the estimate, and the number of patients in the given cohort. The P-values are for the logrank test comparing LPS to non-LPS survival. The “Data” column refers to the type of RNA-seq data used, and the “Model” column refers to the dimension reduction technique used
