Effects of miR-146b on IPEC-J2 cell apoptosis. IPEC-J2 cells were transfected with miR-146b mimics or negative control (NC) mimics at a final concentration of 50 nM for 48 h. The cells were analyzed for apoptosis by staining with FITC-Annexin V. The percentages of Annexin V-labeled cells were analyzed using FACS Calibur flow cytometer. Data were obtained from three independent experiments performed in triplicate. Values are expressed as mean ± SE, ** P < 0.01
