Note: 29-gene signature was obtained using all 6,202 genes under consideration; 32-gene signature was obtained using 1,889 genes with extra barcode-frequency filtering and actual expression values of these genes; 26-gene signature was obtained using the barcode values of those 1,889 genes; 15-gene signature was the one in Zhu’s study [19]; 13-gene signature was the one in Guo’s study [24].
