Comparative genomics includes histograms for mammal, Euarchontoglires (rodent, primate, and related species) and vertebrate conservation, and tracks displaying alignment quality as grayscale density. UCSC convention is that yellow regions denote consecutive Ns (lack of sequence) and double lines denote unalignable bases.
